Culinary Concepts™ 101
This 4 week class meets twice a week for hands-on basic culinary concepts. You will learn to whisk, fold, sauté, sear, braise and more. This class teaches the fundamentals of cooking while giving the home cook the confidence and ability to be chef de cuisine of their own personal kitchen. This class makes a great gift for holidays, birthdays, weddings and more.
Class Tuition: $350 per student - includes recipes and apron

Culinary Concepts™ 201
This 4 week class meets twice a week covering more advanced hands-on culinary concepts. This class teaches creating sophisticated multi-course menus, recognizing and evaluating classic food pairings, assessing seasonings and flavors correctly, learning menu balance from appetizer to dessert, acquiring the priceless secrets of food presentation. It is recommended that you take Culinary Concepts 101 prior to this class
Class Tuition: $350 per student - includes recipes, & basic kitchen tool kit.
One Day Classes:(Each class requires a minimum of 5 and maximum of 15 students)
Kitchen Parties™
This 2 hour class is available at our location or yours* for added convenience. Perfect for family get-togethers, special interest groups, bridal showers, girlfriend’s night out, interactive dinner parties, book clubs, team building, or any special occasion with friends or family. Recipes are based on student’s interests and ability.

Tis the Season™
Celebrate the seasons with recipes based on what’s coming out of the garden and/or holiday-themed recipes. This class focuses on learning about the life cycle from soil to plate as well as having fun with holidays and themes.
